Fundsorter sends a variety of email notifications.

Drafted funding applications

• Once your funding application is drafted, users click 'Email me a copy'. This is a core part of Fundsorter's service. To avoid receiving these emails, don't click the 'Email me a copy' button and instead find and submit your application to the funder a different way.

Funding opportunities

• When a user scans a funding request, Fundsorter will present a list of funding opportunities. Some of these will appear under a heading of 'Open in the next 3 months' with a bell icon next to each opportunity. When a user clicks the bell icon, Fundsorter will email that user when the funding opportunity opens. To avoid receiving these emails, don't click the bell icon.

Invitation to join an organisation

• When adding a user to your organisation, Fundsorter will send an email to that individual on your behalf. As email is a core part of Fundsorter's security method, there is currently no way to avoid receiving these emails.
